FHP foam mixing system: patented technology for maximum effectiveness
Fireco has revolutionized firefighting foam mixing with the patented FHP system an advanced technology that enables precise mixing of water and foam building liquids (or other film-forming chemical agents) directly inside the pump. The result is a perfectly homogeneous, consistent, and high-performance mixture.
Unlike traditional Venturi-based inline mixers, which suffer from efficiency losses due to hose length and diameter, the FHP system delivers stable mixing regardless of system configuration. Fireco high-pressure kits can be configured with one or two hose reels, available in manual or electric versions, to suit any operational requirement. Each hose reel is made of high-strength materials designed to withstand the extreme conditions typical of firefighting operations, ensuring long-term reliability and durability. Manual hose reels are also available in a portable version, ideal for tight spaces or situations requiring quick deployment.
To complete the setup, we supply semi-rigid hoses designed to ensure maximum efficiency in even the most demanding scenarios. Featuring a metal core and multi-layer polymer coatings, these hoses offer:
