The Fireco multifunctional system has been developed to offer a complete and advanced solution, integrating all the features of the telescopic mast into a single package.
Thanks to the multifunctional remote control, specifically designed for optimal interaction with the integrated circuit board, every function of the mast can be managed through a user-friendly interface.
Configurations are available with dust- and waterproof connectors derived from the automotive industry. In this Plug & Play version, integrating our multifunction systems into a vehicle is particularly quick and easy, with no additional wiring required. Motorized positioning systems
Our telescopic masts can be equipped with electric positioning devices that allow the mast to be rotated, or the mounted equipment to be precisely rotated and tilted. This latter system provides independent and accurate control of both movements, offering maximum operational flexibility.
Tilt & Turn units are Fireco’s top-performing positioning system, engineered to offer precise and reliable control of both the tilt and rotation of the lights or devices mounted on top of the mast. They allow the light beam to be directed with pinpoint accuracy to any operational area, ensuring optimal functionality even in complex conditions.
Available in various versions, the Tilt & Turn units are designed for a wide range of applications far beyond lighting while maintaining an ideal balance of weight, size, and performance.
The pneumatic masts can be fitted with a 12V or 24V electric rotating base that allows the entire mast to rotate around its axis from 0° to 360°. A manual version is also available, operable via a handwheel mounted on the main tube.
Various Tilt systems allow the mounted accessories to be inclined up to 310°, depending on the model. Multiple versions are available with load capacities up to 100 kg, and all come in 12V or 24V options.
A full range of LED floodlights
Telescopic masts play a key role in emergency lighting on fire and rescue vehicles, where precision and reliability are critical. Various types of advanced LED floodlights can be installed on the mast head. When combined with a motorized positioning system, these lights can be accurately aimed wherever illumination is needed.
Fireco offers a high-performance range of LED lights that combine energy efficiency and outstanding brightness. These state-of-the-art products feature long lifespan, impact resistance, low-voltage power supply, reduced consumption, and effective heat dissipation.
The LZ series of Fireco LED lights combines high energy efficiency with excellent luminous performance. Available in 50W and 80W models for 12–24V systems, and 100W, 200W, 300W, and 400W for 12–24V or 130–230V power supplies.
Spot and flood optics are available to suit a wide range of lighting applications with flexible and effective solutions.
An evolution of the LZ series, Duo LZ lights are Fireco’s most advanced LED lighting solution. Users can switch between two color temperatures depending on the environment: classic white daylight (5700 K) or warm yellow selective light (2700 K), ideal for foggy or snowy conditions and reducing glare.
No matter the weather, Duo LZ delivers the best visibility in any situation.
The 200W Dynaled (130–230V) combines both spot and flood optics in a single device, delivering focused long-range beams and broad, even lighting simultaneously.

Pneumatic accessories
Fireco offers a full range of accessories for compressed air control in its pneumatic mast systems. These include pneumatic boards specifically designed to regulate compressed air coming from the vehicle, ensuring a consistent and controlled airflow for reliable mast operation.
The product line also includes compact and mid-size compressors — practical and versatile solutions for extending masts where vehicle air supply is limited or unavailable. These accessories ensure uninterrupted operation and greater system adaptability in field conditions.
Compact, efficient, and lightweight, Fireco compressors are available in 12V, 24V, and 230V versions, with or without air tanks. Optional control units allow for more precise regulation.
This compressor range is designed to meet the compressed air demands of various mast configurations, always ensuring optimal performance and operational flexibility.
Fireco pneumatic boards are specifically engineered for regulating vehicle-supplied compressed air, ensuring precise and reliable distribution within the mast system.
They allow pressure and flow to be adjusted, ensuring efficient mast performance even under challenging operating conditions.
Tripods and quadpods
Fireco telescopic masts can be quickly and easily deployed in the field using dedicated tripods and quadpods. The range includes lightweight tripods with adjustable feet that can remain attached during transport ideal for compact setups using dedicated carrying bags as well as heavy-duty modular supports for larger-diameter masts in more demanding environments.
For the most robust models, a wide range of accessories is available, such as reinforcement bars, steps, and mounting plates, along with dedicated bags for convenient transport, offering maximum versatility in every situation.
Designed for horizontal mounting on the ground, the lightweight tripod features folding legs that close around the mast to achieve a compact transport configuration. The legs are height-adjustable, allowing for terrain compensation.
Compatible with the lightweight mast range and the smaller Partner series, it’s a practical solution with dedicated transport bags.
Modular tripods and quadpods are ideal for deploying large masts, offering excellent stability and safety even in complex environments. They secure to the main tube of the mast via a dedicated clamp that ensures solid and quick attachment, simplifying field assembly and disassembly.
They include reinforcement bars and can be customized with various accessories like steps and ground-mounting bases for anchoring on different terrain types. This combination of robustness, modularity, and accessories makes them an excellent choice for defence, industrial, and other heavy-duty applications requiring top-tier support.
Guying kits
The guying kits are designed to ensure maximum mast stability and safety once extended. Each kit includes high-strength ropes made from polyester or Dyneema, equipped with carabiners for secure attachment.
The ropes are anchored to guying rings on the mast collars, while ground stakes ensure a firm and stable hold, even in adverse environmental conditions. To facilitate the organization and transport of the kits, dedicated bags for easy storage and quick deployment are available.
Mast collars can be equipped with guying rings to secure stabilizing ropes. Depending on the mast type, on each collar three to four rings can be mounted for optimal anchoring.
When used with a rotating base, special rotating collars are available to prevent tangling of ropes during mast rotation, ensuring safe operation even in dynamic conditions.
Fireco supplies guying ropes in various lengths to suit different mast setups and operating environments. Two materials are available: Polyester, known for strength and flexibility, and Dyneema, an ultra-strong, lightweight fibre ideal for Super Steady masts requiring superior stability.
All ropes are supplied with a practical winding frame for easy handling, fast deployment, and compact storage.
Guying ropes are anchored to the ground with steel stakes available in various lengths to suit different soil types.
Made of galvanized steel, these stakes provide a stable and secure hold, essential for safe mast operation even in harsh conditions.
Various bag models are available for transporting ropes, stakes, and accessories. The bags feature secure zipper closures and are available in black and green.
Anodizing and coating
All our pneumatic masts, supplied as standard in silver-grey anodized aluminium, can be customized in different colours upon request. The anodized finish of the telescoping tubes can be supplied in various tones such as sand yellow, green, or brown.
Closed mast bodies and accessories can be painted in a wide range of RAL (and non-RAL) colours, allowing the mast to blend seamlessly into its operational environment.
